Dietician: Corné Swanepoel

Corné Swanepoel studied BSc Dietetics at the University of the Free State and graduated in 2000. She is currently registered as a Dietician with the Health Professional Council as well as the Association of Dietetics in South Africa (ADSA). Corné has over 6 years experience in Human Nutrition and worked in both South Africa and the United Kingdom .
In South Africa she had her own Private Practice, where she specialized in weight loss, child nutrition, allergies, diabetes and sport nutrition, where she worked closely with Springbok rugby players, such as Thinus Delport, Rassie Erasmus and Werner Swanepoel.
She was also Dietician of the Leopards Rugby Team in Potchefstroom for a short period of time, and helped players to improve their performance by focusing on optimum nutrition.
In 2002, she and her family moved to the UK, where she worked as a Nutritional Advisor for Nestlé. She also worked as a locum Dietician in different UK hospitals.
After her return, she worked for a Pharmaceutical company, which focused on hypertension, ADHD, and skin allergies.
Corné joined Senshi Wellbeing in January 2007. Her aim is to provide clients with nutritional advice and encourage improved lifestyle in order to ensure optimum health by focusing on good nutrition. Corne's services include a complete nutritional assessment, nutritional advice, individual diet and menu plans and weekly monitoring.
Corne is married to Werner and they have two daughters, Megan, who is 4 years old and Mikah who just turned 1. They also live on the Estate.
