Stage 1 – Welcome to Wellness (1 hour Consultation)

A member of our team of health professionals and fitness experts will meet you and take you through a full health and fitness consultation. The consultation includes:

a cardiovascular & strength assessment
body-composition report
flexibility, posture & ergonomics feedback
cholesterol, glucose & blood-pressure readings

This will help create a picture of how we can fulfil your fitness needs in a friendly and safe environment. We will then devise an exercise routine personalised to suit your health and wellness goals and start you on the journey towards an enriched lifestyle.

Ideally this consultation will take place prior to your commencement at our facility.

Stage 2 – Training Feedback (30 Minute Touch Base)

After your 1 st week's training you and your Senshi Wellbeing consultant will touch base and talk through your programme. This session will analyse the effectiveness of your routine and will help clarify any uncertainty you may have with your exercise programme or Wellness-Key-System. 

Stage 3 – Training Review (30 Minute Touch Base)

After week 4, you should be well on the way towards achieving your health and wellness goals. This is a great opportunity to meet with your Lifestyle Consultant to review your previous goal and set new challenges for the weeks ahead and adjust your programme accordingly.

Stage 4 – Ongoing Wellness (8 - Week Reviews)

Once you have completed Stages 1-3, we aim to review your programme every 8 weeks in order to keep you on “The Pathway to Senshi Wellbeing”. Your Lifestyle Consultant will automatically record when your programme is due for a review and contact you accordingly.
